This is a Korean "day 2" dinner. Yesterday's doenjang-jjigae (soybean paste stew) and jeyuk-bokkeum (spicy stir-fried pork) go back on the stove at 6:52 PM, and about half an hour later they are tonight's meal. In Korean homes it is common to give yesterday's food a second life: top up a stew, or cook leftover pork again with kimchi.
The stew is refreshed with rice-rinsing water, the cloudy water left after rinsing rice, which you can see being poured in at about 0:44 in the video. Fresh tofu, zucchini and enoki go in next. The pork gets kimchi, cut with scissors right in the pan, and is finished with one fried egg from a second pan.
There is no talking and no music. You hear the knife, the scissors, the stew on the stove and the egg hitting the pan. The video ends at the table at 7:29 PM, with the finished dishes next to lettuce and small side dishes.
